Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Marvin Clean (hereinafter referred to as “the Company” or “We”) and the client (hereinafter referred to as “the Client” or “You”). By requesting or using any of our services—whether through our website, by phone, or via any other means—you expressly agree to and accept all the terms stated in this document. This agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Company is committed to delivering its services in accordance with Islamic principles and in compliance with the consumer protection laws issued by the Ministry of Commerce. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version published on our website shall be the binding version as of its publication date. Clients are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically.

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide a safe and accessible working environment for Marvin Clean’s staff. This includes ensuring clear and safe access to the service location, and providing necessary utilities such as electricity and water to complete the service properly. The Client is also responsible for informing the team in advance about any items or surfaces that require special care, hold high material or sentimental value, or are particularly sensitive to standard cleaning procedures. The Company disclaims liability for any damage to property not previously reported as sensitive or valuable, or for pre-existing conditions such as scratches, permanent stains, color fading, or any deterioration not directly caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct by our team.

Booking & Payments

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and are considered confirmed only after the Client receives a confirmation message from the Company. Unless otherwise agreed in long-term contracts, full payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. If the Client wishes to cancel or reschedule an appointment, they must notify the Company at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may incur a nominal administrative fee to cover resource allocation costs, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.

Service Quality & Complaints

Marvin Clean guarantees a high level of quality and professionalism across all services. If the Client is dissatisfied with the cleaning of a specific area, they must notify the on-site supervisor immediately before the team departs, or contact customer service within 24 hours of service completion. In such cases, the Company’s responsibility is limited to re-performing the service in the affected area at no additional cost. The Company is not liable for any monetary compensation exceeding the value of the disputed portion of the service, nor for complaints received after the 24-hour reporting window.

Jurisdiction & Confidentiality

All terms in this agreement and the relationship between the Company and the Client are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to attempt an amicable resolution through direct communication within 30 days. If a resolution cannot be reached, the exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts in Riyadh. The Company also commits to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all client data. Such data will only be used for the purpose of providing and improving services, in full compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom.
